Company employees are bound to follow our Employee Code of Conduct while performing their duties. We outline the components of our Code of Conduct below.

1. Job duties and authority

All employees should fulfill their job duties with integrity, professionalism, and respect toward customers, we expect team members to follow team leaders’ instructions and complete their duties with skill and in a timely manner.

2. Respect in the workplace

All employees should respect their colleagues. We won’t allow any kind of discriminatory behavior and abuse of language.

3. Office Timings

We expect employees to be punctual when coming to and leaving from work. The office timing will be from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM with effect from 1st August 2019, employees are given a 30 minute grace period, and after 11:00 AM it will consider as late and 3 late will consider one absent.

5. Absence

One absence is allowed with prior permission, unscheduled absence is only OK in certain emergency situations.

6. Collaboration

Employees should be friendly and collaborative. They should try not to disrupt the workplace or present obstacles to their colleagues’ work.

7. Communication

All employees must be open for communication with their colleagues, supervisors or team members.

8. Restricting internet use

There are certain sites that no one should be visiting during working hours like social media sites, Youtube, Facebook, etc.

9. Salary

Salary will pay on the 5th day of the month.

10. Task Assign

All the tasks will assign to freed camp.
